Market comparison worksheet

Organize your own dated market evidence and property-specific insurance quotes.

Educational planning only. Examples are hypothetical; they are not market rates, quotes, coverage decisions or guaranteed returns. Inputs remain in this browser session and are not placed in URLs or analytics.

Compare evidence you can trace

This worksheet preserves a place for market due diligence without pretending to supply current local prices. Fill it from dated official/local evidence and actual property quotes. A city median is not a valuation or an insurance estimate for a particular address.

Keep the methods comparable

Use the same geographic definition, property type and time period. Distinguish city and metro-area data. Do not combine a current quote with an undated premium average. Record uncertainty rather than forcing an automatic score.

After collecting property-specific numbers, use the cash-flow, mortgage and project tools to compare scenarios. Their outputs are arithmetic from inputs, not market forecasts. Use your browser’s print command for a private worksheet; this page does not collect the entries.

Method and interpretation

This is a research worksheet, not an automated market ranking or a current price dataset.

Calculations retain precision until display rounding. Blank required values block calculation. A negative cash flow or profit is a valid scenario, while an undefined return ratio is shown as not calculated.
