Your scenario

Results appear after you enter valid values and calculate. Blank inputs are not treated as known zero costs.

Method and interpretation

Effective rent = gross rent × (1 − vacancy rate). Net cash flow = effective rent − operating cash expenses − debt service. Cash-on-cash return requires a positive invested-cash amount.

Calculations retain precision until display rounding. Blank required values block calculation. A negative cash flow or profit is a valid scenario, while an undefined return ratio is shown as not calculated.
